Amendment to an Application

Form for uploading minor amendments to existing applications.

What are the costs?

There are no costs associated with a minor amendment.

What do you need to know?

You will need to supply the following information with your application:

  • Documentation and Amended Plans in PDF format outlining the proposed extent of the amendments – whether for Planning, Building, Private Certification or Planning Private Certification or where Development Approval has been granted.
  • Private Certifiers must send a covering letter to Council deeming the amendments to be of a minor nature along with a copy of the endorsed plans showing their stamp.

  1. Complete the Amendment to Application form

What happens next?

  1. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application.
  2. An officer will review the amendments and determine whether they are considered minor and accepted as a minor amendment.
